Terms and conditions

 

  1. The agreement
    The agreement comes into force between the client and the mobile home lessor, Sezona d.o.o (later: Adria House). If the client make a reservation on-line, by sending the reservation form, he accepts this agreement. If booking on telephone Adria House will send one copy of the Agreement. The contract will come into force, when Adria House has formally registered the Reservation and has sent a written reply, respectively the client has paid the advance payment.

  2. Reservation
    The client can make a reservation in writing, by phone, by fax or on-line. When the reservation is made please give us the following data: full names of passengers with the numbers of their identity cards or passports, the name, full address, and phone number of the contact person who makes the reservation.

    Reservations can be made for one or more weeks from Saturday to Saturday or there is a possibility to book for 10-day periods. These dates can be found on the price list. The client is to pay an advance payment within eight days after the date of reservation. Unless the advance payment is paid within eight days, the reservation will be cancelled. The advance payment is always 50% of the total price. It should be paid to the following bank account:

    After the payment, the reservation becomes definite and an invoice and two copies of this contract is sent to the client by post. We would like to ask you to send back one copy of the contract to the following address:

    There are two possibilities to pay the second half:
    — one month before arrival by bank transfer or
    — on arrival at the reception desk of Adria House in mobile home 65.

    The chosen payment method should be respected. It is not possible to change it later. If the client does not perform the payment on schedule and does not annul the contract in writing (letter, e-mail, fax) before the deadline, Adria House cancel the reservation without any refund.

    In case of bank transfer, after the payment of the total we send a voucher which enables the clients to check in at the campsite reception and get their keys at the reception of Adria House in mobile home 65.

    In case of payment on arrival, a voucher is sent to the client one month before the planned arrival date. Client can check in with the voucher but they can get their key only after paying the rest at the reception of Adria House in mobile home 65.

  3. Pets
    Pets are admitted in our houses on the condition that its owner takes full responsibility so that the animal does not disturb the other holidaymakers and does not damage the house. Animal owners should respect the campsite regulations considering how and where the animals can swim etc. Adria House demands no extra fee for animals but the campsite does so please mark it on your reservation form, because Adria House is obliged to I inform the campsite reception.

  4. Cancellation
    If the client disclaims the contract for any reason whatsoever, or his entry has been denied by the authorities (passport or visa problems) and cannot travel, he is to pay the following compensation based on the amount of the advance payment, depending on how long before the first day of your stay the cancellation has been made:
    Until the 60th day from the first day of your stay: 20%
    60-30 days: 60%
    60-45 days: 50%
    44-0 days: 100%

    If this way an overpayment has been made towards Adria House, the amount remaining after the compensations above have been deducted, Adria House will refund the remaining sum to the client within 14 working days.

  5. Accomodation Fee
    Our pricelist is available for our guests at any time on our web page under "Prices", www.adriahouse.com. The accommodation fees in the pricelist include the following:

    • Accommodation from Saturday to Saturday or for 10 days for 4 adults and 2 children
    • There is one parking lot for one car at each mobile home
    • Gas, electricity, water, air-condition
    • Usage of the kitchen utensils

    Our price does not include

    • Tourist’s tax, which should be paid at the reception of Camping Park Umag
    • Pillows and blankets are provided but please bring your bedclothes and towels with you.
    • Our prices do not include the cleaning, which is 30 euro/house to be paid on arrival at the reception of Adria House in mobile home 65.
  6. Wrong payment
    If the client does not respect the chosen payment method or the bank transfer is not made correctly (e.g. money transferred twice, more money is transferred that it should have been), the client is to pay the extra bank charges.

  7. Adria House reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time, if after signing this contract, any circumstance should supervene which endanger human life, health or security. In this case Adria House is obliged to refund the total payment of the accommodation fee to its clients.

  8. Modification

    The client can modify the confirmed reservation until 30 days before his arrival, in case there is availability for the new period demanded. If there is no mobile home available, the reservation can be cancelled respecting the conditions written in article 4.

  9. If the lessee acts on other people’s behalf, the people of his company are bound as well. The person representing other people has to familiarize his company with the content of this contract; if he fails to do so, in case of any claim of compensation, bears full responsibility. Adria House accepts no liability whatsoever whether the person on others behalf represents them rightfully.

  10. Adria House declines all responsibility resulting from the misuse of equipment found in the mobile homes such as: kitchen equipments, electric devices, etc. Every client should use these on his/her own responsibility. Before use, please examine if the devices are not in any way damaged. If you find any damage in the house or in the equipments, which escaped our notice, please inform our receptionist.

  11. Valuables
    After the occupation of the mobile home, the clients take full responsibility of all the equipments of the mobile home and personal belongings left inside and around the house.

  12. Deposit
    Before getting the keys of the house clients are to pay a deposit of 100 euros in case any damage occurred in the house during their stay. The receptionist gives back the deposit at the end of the holiday if there is no damage and the tourist’s tax is paid at the reception of the campsite. If the damage caused exceeds the deposit, the client engages himself to pay these expenses immediately.

    The deposit is not paid back if the guests ignore the ban on smoking inside the house.

    The deposit is not paid back if the guests do not use bed-linen.

  13. Privacy policy
    Adria House hereby guaranties that all personal data given on the reservation form are handled with the utmost confidentiality. These data will not be disclosed to a third party except from the campsite reception where we are obliged to register our guests.

  14. House Rules at the campsite
    Having entered the campsite, guests must respect the House Rules of the campsite. If they do not do so, and the campsite security guards order them out of the campsite, the days not used up at Adria House are non refundable.

  15. Departure – Arrival
    A kemping recepcióján minden vendégünknek be kell jelentkezni. A kempingbe 8-21 óra között lehet be- illetve kijelentkezni. Ha valaki nem a fenti Guests can check in and out of the campsite between 8-21h. All of the guests have to register at the campsite reception. If someone does not arrive in the above period, he has to wait in the car park outside (it is free).
    From the part of Adria House guests can arrive from 16h and they have to leave at 10h on the day of departure. If the guests do not respect the departure time they have to pay one additional day without the right to stay in the mobile home.

  16. In case of any conflict the parties attempt to find a peaceful consensus. If it is impossible, they admit the authority of the court of Osijek, Croatia.

Both the client and Adria House declare that they have fully understood this contract and consider it binding on both parties.
